Marketing team will ask the details to be filled in Form 22 from the Factory/ Deputy Factory Manager. Details will include- Chassis Number, Controller Number and Motor Number. |

From chassis number will get the Manufaturing month after breaking down the chassis number. For example- if the chassis number is MD9ER202010545001, where '2020' defines the year and '10' defines the month. Therefore, Maufacturing month is October 2020. |

Marketing team will prepare Form 22 after getting all the required details and then provide that to the sales team. |
