e-Ashwa Automotive Private Limited is one of the leading manufacturers of environment friendly Battery Operated Vehicles. The company Specialized in the manufacture of e-Rickshaw, e-Loader, e-Auto, e-Scooter and is in the process of research, development and approval for e-Bike, e-Cart & L5 category Vehicles.

e-Ashwa has a strong team of technical & skilled work force with hands on experience of both Automobile as well as the Aviation Industry. The Company mission is to manufacture world class Electric Vehicles under Make in India program with indigenous technology, indigenous supply and indigenous reliability clubbed with committed customer service & satisfaction.

e-Ashwa is among very few companies providing warranty in respect of all types of Electric Vehicles and owns its own Service Centres providing both Warranty as well as Non-Warranty Service and repair facility.

e-Ashwa also owns its own testing division catering all rigorous testing so that each and every product that rolls out from the plant offers utmost safety, comfort & utility to the driver as well as the passengers which in turn gets converted into "Value for Money".

e-Ashwa at present has one fully equipped Manufacturing Plant in Ghaziabad and apart from that there are small assembly units as per table below:

Co-Assembler
 Co-Assembler is an investor who is interested in setting-up an assembly facility at a place identified as one of the cities / towns / states as mentioned above.
 e-Ashwa Automotive Pvt Ltd and such investor will set-up a Private Limited / Limited company with the name e-Ashwa Automotive (District) Pvt. Ltd. e.g. in case of a unit being set-up in Hisar, Haryana, it will be named as e-Ashwa Automotive (Hisar) Pvt. Ltd.
 Such company will have equal shareholding - 50% Shares minus 1 Share with Investor and 50% Shares plus 1 Share with e-Ashwa Automotive Pvt. Ltd.. Reason of keeping one additional share with e-Ashwa is to make e-Ashwa as holding company so that turnover of subsidiary is clubbed with e-Ashwa and all the subsidiaries get the benefit of holding company credentials.
 In case of investor interested in setting up assembly unit, investor should have an industrial / commercial land measuring to minimum of 400 Mts or more and an investment amount of Rs. 25 Lakhs.
 Total investment required for setting up assembly unit is Rs. 32 Lakhs out of which 18 Lakhs will be invested solely by the investor and balance 14 Lakhs and any further investment either in capital cost or in working capital will be done by both the shareholders in equal proportion.
 Co-Assembler will get exclusive right of Assembly and sell of vehicles within 4-5- 6 districts as are geographically mapped to the city / town where the Co-Assembler wants to set-up the unit.
 Land and civil work is in the scope of co-Assembler and Plant and machinery as well as inventory cost is included in the total investment amount as stated above. In case co-Assembly unit is situated on the owned space of co-Assembler, entity set-up for the purpose will pay agreed rent to the investor and in the case of space taken on rental basis, similarly rental will be paid by the new entity formed for the purpose of operating co-Assembly unit. This way investment done by Co-Assembler in land and building / factory shed will get separate return in form of rental income.

What you can Expect
 It takes about 4 months time to get the momentum and to get the production and sale started and picked up.
 An assembly unit is capable of earning a margin of Rs. 10,000/- to Rs. 12,000/- for each category of Three Wheeler and a margin of Rs. 3,000/- to Rs. 3,500/- for each category of Two Wheeler.
 With the expected sale of 3 three wheelers and 5 two wheelers from 4th month onwards in each outlet, and with about 10 outlets (dealers appointed) within six months of start of operations, an assembly unit can expect a margin of about Rs. 5,00,000/- each month
 50% of the margin in the ratio of shareholding gives a margin of Rs. 2,50,000/- to the co-assembler who is setting up assembly unit.
 The kind of locations for the assembly unit is an outskirt industrial area which has proximity to highway or any main city.

Investment for Co-Assembler

Investment required for the co-Assembly unit is Rs. 32 Lakhs as below:

Out of total investment of Rs. 32 Lakhs, Co-Assembler will solely invest Rs. 16,00,000/- and pay the Franchise Fee of Rs. 2,00,000/-. Balance 14,00,000/- and any money thereafter will be invested by both the partners in equal proportion.


Pay Back Period

As per the calculation stated above, the payback period for the Investment is about 12 months, however, e-Ashwa suggest to consider 18 months as Payback period although e-Ashwa also recommends not to withdraw the profit but to reinvest the same to expand the capability of the unit
